RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every Oudsera product. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Sale items and gift sets are final sale

How to Return
1. Email us at hello@oudsera.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any courier location
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@oudsera.com with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
